HistoryI started my cooking career in my parents family businesses in New York & New Jersey @ the age of (4). Although both my parents made their daughters swear we would not go into the food industry, we have both dabbled in it in one way or the other. I have been cooking for friends, family, small caters, and finally took my gig to a local Cafe for 5+ years. When that ended just recently and I was not ready to throw in the apron so to speak, I did some networking, and found a couple of good clients who wanted me to cook for them.
