History
RISE Personal Training was created to be a place for people who suffer from anxiety when they walk into a large public gym. I personally suffer from anxiety, and always found myself glued to a treadmill because I was too scared to put myself in eyes view of other people. I waned RISE to break that trend. We want to teach our clients how to become more confident in their workouts, how to develop a workout, and reach goals, all in a safe environment. RISE PT also believes in community. Health journeys are not sprints. It takes a team to work together; supporting and encouraging each other.
Specialties
We specialize in teaching out clients how to become more comfortable in their health and fitness journey. Being available to support our client outside of their session is very important to us. Health is more than just a one hour session. We specialize in youth fitness, senior fitness, weight loss and strength training, group fitness, and health coaching.
