Christi L. Blakkolb, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Her expertise includes general surgery, cosmetic surgery, breast reconstruction, breast augmentation, breast reduction, body contouring, post-bariatric body contouring, abdominoplasty, abdominal wall reconstruction, cosmetic injectables, cancer reconstruction, and amputation reconstruction/targeted muscle reinnervation (TMR). She’s an associate professor in the Department of Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston. She’s also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Blakkolb is a member of local, regional, and national professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Association of Women Surgeons, and Women in Plastic Surgery. She was named one of Houstonia Magazine’s Top Doctors for plastic and reconstructive surgery in 2016, 2017, and 2021.
