The Oliver Stedman Government Center is the home of the Coastal Resources Management Council (CRMC), the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal for Washington County and the Washington County Branch of the Rhode Island Division of Motor Vehicles. All registration and license transactions can be processed here, including license renewals, registration renewals or updates, new or registrations, plate changes or cancellations, vanity plate orders, out-of-state license transfers and limited permits with possession of the CCRI 33-hour certificate.
