My business got started after i had gotten the experience in driving people around the five boroughs and to and from new york. I had also dispatched for a well known company in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts that customers have done nothing but complain to me about their unprofessionalism in treating their customers. So i took it upon myself to bring my great customer skills and build my own company where i treat every client as actual family. My drivers are to do the same. The moment i get one complaint i will suspend the driver until i fix the situation with driver and customer. Second complaint even with another client the driver(he/she) will be terminated.
Specialties
We specialize in Door to Door Transportation from Reading/Allentown/Bethlehem and Harrisburg P.A to and from New york. The five boroughs aswell as New Rochelle and Yonkers. We also do local taxi rides within counties and the Bronx and Manhattan new york. Ortiz Transportation Services has been in business since January 5th 2010. We also provide transportation to all airports.
