I had also dispatched for a well known company in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts that customers have done nothing but complain to me about their unprofessionalism in treating their customers. So i took it upon myself to bring my great customer skills and build my own company where i treat every client as actual family. My drivers are to do the same. The moment i get one complaint i will suspend the driver until i fix the situation with driver and customer.
