The Sassy Cupcake is a gourmet cupcake bakery located in Eugene, OR. We do not have a brick & mortar but offer catering for events, parties, & just daily goodness! We do offer delivery!! We deliver to University of Oregon & Oregon State University. Due to COVID we have limited our retail partners and are currently offering door to door no contact delivery.
