We just opened to the public Dec 9th, 2020. We have been distilling and bottling since 2019

The Aimsir Distilling Company specializes is created a warm inviting atmosphere for all people to relax and enjoy their break time. We offer custom food and cocktail pairings to take all the work away from having an enjoyable night through our distiller take out menu.
