Sensei Chris began studying martial arts as a child and is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Chinese kempo karate. He is constantly updating his martial arts & fitness training to help you be able to reach your personal goals. In addition to being a skilled martial artist Chris is ACE certified with over 15 years of fitness coaching experience.
