Fitness Consultant has been involved in the fitness industry since 1990. After completing his B.A. in Psychology he became a N.Y.S. licensed medical massage therapist and has been certified by NASM and ACE, two of the most prominent organizations in the field. Adam also holds multiple individual certifications in different exercise modalities Adams comprehensive programs are designed to attain specific goals and help others gain confidence in their ability to reach fitness targets. By combining functional training, lactic acid interval work, boxing, endurance, strength and power techniques clients leave with a total overall body workout while developing muscle tone, increased cardiac capacity, balance, stability and reduced body fat.
