The Doris Kramer Pre-School serves students from 18 months to age five. The early childhood center, which was founded in the late 1970s, is located at the Farmingdale Wantagh Jewish Center. The school's curriculum includes readiness-in-reading, math, science experiences, language arts, computer-aided instruction, cultural arts, as well as field trips, arts and crafts and music. A "Mommy and Me" program is also offered, featuring activities with mothers and their toddlers who are 18 months to two years old. There are also programs for toddlers (age two and above), nursery and pre-kindergarten, (ages three and four) and a Kindergarten enrichment for students who attend a half-day kindergarten in the public schools. The school also has a six-week summer camp for students who are in pre-school through first grade.
