Founded in 1974, the Connetquot Public Library serves more than 30,000 individuals in the hamlets of Ronkonkoma, Bohemia, Oakdale and Long Island in New York. It provides a collection of books, CDs and videocassette. The library also offers reserved books and conducts computer workshops. The Connetquot Public Library provides subscription options for magazine and newspaper. It has reading clubs and meeting rooms. In addition, the library offers career counseling services and access to the Internet. The Connetquot Public Library provides nonfiction books and movie CDs. It offers books on art, music, health, education and geography for children and adults.
