Locally, St. Charles County Association of REALTORS has a proud history serving the families of St. Charles County. It was in 1946 that a group of St. Charles County real estate brokers recognized the need for an organization to support their industry and the growing population of St. Charles County. On November 12, 1946, the St. Charles County Real Estate Board received its charter from the National Association of Real Estate Boards. From that humble beginning, St. Charles County Association of REALTORS has grown into the largest trade association in St. Charles County serving approximately 2, 000 REALTORS and Affiliates members. The Association is dedicated to serving the real estate professionals of St. Charles County and the families and property owners they serve. The Association provides its members the education, tools, and services that they need to serve their customers and clients.
