Locally, St. Charles County Association of REALTORS has a proud history serving the families of St. Charles County. It was in 1946 that a group of St. Charles County real estate brokers recognized the need for an organization to support their industry and the growing population of St. Charles County. On November 12, 1946, the St. Charles County Real Estate Board received its charter from the National Association of Real Estate Boards. From that humble beginning, St. Charles County Association of REALTORS has grown into the largest trade association in St. Charles County serving approximately 2, 000 REALTORS and Affiliates members. The Association is dedicated to serving the real estate professionals of St. Charles County and the families and property owners they serve. The Association provides its members the education, tools, and services that they need to serve their customers and clients. The St. Charles REALTOR family's commitment to the residents of St. Charles County goes beyond the homes and property they sell. St. Charles REALTORS are active supporters of the neighborhoods and communities they serve. Whether it is raising money for Habitat for Humanity, ringing bells for the Salvation Army, sponsoring neighborhood or youth programs, or protecting the rights of St. Charles property owners in the halls of government, REALTORS are dedicated to serving the families and property owners of St. Charles County.
