Ramsey County Community Human Services Department works towards enhancing the quality of life for the people of Ramsey County in Minnesota by providing resources to meet basic human needs, assuring protection for the vulnerable, and assisting in achieving self-sufficiency. The organization provides essential protective, habilative, rehabilative, and support services to eligible citizens of Ramsey County in order to assure protection for vulnerable adults, children, and elderly, and to assist persons with disabilities to achieve their maximum level of independence. The human services department annually administers and delivers services to more than 80,000 residents of the county. It provides a wide range of programs and services in the areas of public assistance, employment support, day care, social services, child and adult protection and clinical counseling.
