Hospice of the Twin Cities, based in Minneapolis, offers comprehensive care focused on easing the physical and emotional pain that accompanies terminal illness. Established in 1993, hospice team members are professionals who specialize in meeting the individualized needs of terminally ill patients and their families. It coordinates the provision of medical equipment, supplies and medications for pain relief and symptom management related to terminal diagnosis.
