St. Joseph's Cemetery sits on over ninety acres in East Chelmsford. In 1892, the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate purchased the land for a summer residence. Two years later, it became St. Joseph's Cemetery. The first burial took place in 1894 and the cemetery's founder, Rev. Andre'-Marie Garin O.M.I., was buried here in 1895.
St. Joseph's offers a chapel for services and numerous quiet places to reflect around the cemetery.
