Established in 1880, the Visiting Nurses Association of Albany, Saratoga & Rensselaer is a certified nonprofit home health agency and governed by community members. Located in Albany, N.Y., it provides nurses, health aides and rehabilitation services to residents of Albany, Saratoga and Rensselaer counties in New York. Additionally, the association offers diabetes educators, lactation specialist, enterostomal therapist, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, respiratory therapists and clinical nurse specialists.
