Wayside Christian is a downtown Louisville donation center right in the heart of a large homeless camps of the city. I'm not sure if the donations here go to those nearby camps but I'd imagine...

Rodent infestation.... No respect to those in need. Pay to Residents do not have enough to cover personal items. Same for most foster care Recommend St. John's instead!!!
