The Water Pollution Control Division is a part of the Public Works Department, which is governed by the City of Topeka in Kansas. The division is involved in the collection, treatment and disposal of the city s wastewater and stormwater. It operates and maintains wastewater treatment plants with more than 75 pump stations and over 13,000 manholes.
