Chicagoland Autism Connection (CAC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to increasing autism awareness and improving the quality of life for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Since 1997, CAC has provided support to hundreds of families through various activities and resources, including monthly parent meetings, awareness events, and social and recreational clubs. With a mission to offer guidance, hope, and a sense of community, CAC strives to shine a light on the challenges faced by individuals and families affected by autism.
CAC offers a range of programs and events, such as the Annual Royal Affair trip to Medieval Times Dinner Tournament, to provide opportunities for individuals with autism and their families to come together, have fun, and create lasting memories. Through its divisions, the Chicago Southside Autism Support Group (CSASG) and the A Team Social and Recreational Club, CAC continues to make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by autism in the Chicagoland area.
