Rantoul Public Works Department is one of the departments of the village of Rantoul in Illinois. The department has been operational for more than 100 years and operates various divisions, such as electric, gas, street, emergency, water, systems maintenance and wastewater treatment division. Its electric division is responsible for repairs, construction and maintenance of the village s electrical system. It also deals with various problems, such as power failure, and installation and repair of electrical systems for business and residential buildings.
