At Gym Issues, I've been providing one-on-one personal training and health advisement to clients of all ages and abilities since the year 2000. Everything I know is through the hard work and sweat I've put into my own physical fitness, and I'll put that same level of dedication into guiding you on your path. I'll train you in the fundamentals of cardio, resistance training, flexibility, nutrition, and mental wellness with a personalized approach to your unique situation. I also offer a range of online videos and packages so you can work towards your goals wherever you are in the world.
