Using functional movements, FUEL incorporates mobility drills and stretches for active recovery in order to help you get the most out of your workouts. There is no limit to what you can do!

FUEL puts on monthly mobility workshops in order to create body awareness through active recovery, functional movement, and mobility training. Our team is full of ex-athletes, yoga teachers, crossfitters, runners, and personal trainers, all trained to teach & guide you how to work out in the most safe & effective way through mobility exercises & stretches.
