Based in Washington, D.C., the organization serves the daily needs of more than 10,000 people with food, clothing and health care facilities. It provides more than 1,000 meals daily through a network of community volunteers, local churches, synagogues and civic organizations. SOME s social services division provides educational programs, life skills, job and vocational training, individual, group and family counseling, case and medication management, outpatient rehabilitation and community development services.
