History
Trifecta Ecosystems began it's journey in 2012 as Fresh Farm Aquaponics in the backyard of co-founder Spencer Curry. It soon blossomed out of the backyard to a commercial farm located in Glastonbury, CT. Since those early days, Trifecta Ecosystems has grown not only as a commercial farm but in using aquaponics with schools and local non-profits. Trifecta Ecosystems moved from Glastonbury to Meriden, CT in 2017 to expand their farm in an old abandoned urban warehouse. Today you can find them in their Meriden location, serving WeeklyHarvest (a local farm fresh version of blue apron), serving schools with aquaponics based curricula for STEM education and local non-profits.
