Husband and wife, Sam and Young Shin, have owned Elegance Cleaners in Norwalk for the last four years and have been in the dry cleaning business for 18 years. They're quick to point out that they take customer service very seriously, and they appreciate their customers' loyalty. While they provide all of the traditional cleaning services, they are also thrilled to now offer GEN-X, an organic cleaning option. Same-day service is available for items dropped off before 11am at no extra charge.
