History
Born and raised in Naples, Italy, I attended culinary school in Almalfi and apprenticed at 5 star restaurants and hotels all over Europe before opening my own restaurant in the Netherlands and later in the U.S. I'm a classically trained chef with an extensive knowledge in Italian cuisine, wine and culture. My approach is to not just cook for you but to provide an immersive experience of the history of Italy.
