Phillip C. Griffin is an award winning chef more than 30 years experience in the kitchen. He holds an A.S., B.S. and M.B.A from Johnson and Wales University in Providence RI. Upon graduating Johnson and Wales he was asked to stay on and became one of the Culinary Schools instructors and later a purchaser for the university. He has worked for many local restaurants such as Smugglers Landing, Addesso and Wards Public House. Although now retired from the restaurant business he continues to exercise his passion by cooking for charity events and instructing others on the joys of cooking Malinda A. Coletta is also an instructor for Professor Chef and an award winning cook. She holds a B.S. degree in Home Economics from the College of Saint Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ, where she learned about the science of food preparation and nutrition and is a Certified Professional Food Manager. She is passionate about cooking and entertaining.

Our classes and parties can fit your particular needs, tastes, and budget. They are also perfect for everyone from the novice chef to the experienced cook. We welcome class sizes of one to six in our home or yours. Depending on the type of experience you want it will either be hands-on or demonstration.
