History
Train4Anything Fitness is a Fitness Company founded by Personal Trainer Sean Witkin. Sean had grown up a fairly heavy-set child. It wasn't until around the end of high school that Sean had realized he had to make a change in his life. After losing over 80 pounds, Sean had decided to pursue a career in the Fitness Industry to help others achieve their own fitness goals. Since then, he has gained years of experience, and earned a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Therapy from California State University San Marcos. Sean's experience as a personal trainer and fitness manager in the Corporate Fitness Industry led him to believe that something was missing in the experience that individuals had in working with a Personal Trainer. With the feedback from previous clients, Sean decided to build a program that catered to their needs and wants: A program that is affordable, easily accessible, and reinforces learning. As a result, Train4Anything Fitness was formed.
