Coach B has over 20 years of experience transforming the lives of boot campers by correcting individuals' posture and imbalances while providing simple and effective group workouts. He holds a masters degree in Sports Science and has coached 100's of college athletes to individual and team championships, state, national, world championships as well as moms and families.

Coach B combines resistance training and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise matched with recovery periods to keep the heart-rate elevated throughout the workout. You'll burn more calories and increase your lean body mass, which will raise your resting metabolic rate. (burn more calories at your desk!)
