History
When I began my business in teaching exercise, I taught in a group setting. Since then, I have realized each person needs specific exercises for their body type. Now I specialize in personal assessment, and designing specific programs for individuals. I have my own Pilates studio, with a reformer, cadillac, and chair, as well as access to a full gym with weights, cardio, etc, and teach only one-on-one lessons.
Specialties
I am a personal trainer in Pilates and many other types of movement apparatus, such as weights, balls, cardio equipment, etc. My specialty is looking at your particular posture and designing and implementing a program which will balance your body. Everyone has a different body type, and with or without exercise, overtime, you will develop over developed and under developed muscles and joints. With this comes injury and breaking down of tissue and bone. I attempt to balance this with strengthening, stretching, releasing, and developing a core awareness through imagery. It's amazing how you can reverse the wear on your body, and feel and move as if you were much younger. It's amazing, and it really works.
