A former hiring manager and nonprofit fundraiser, Laura Paradise brings 30 years of experience to career coaching. The business draws on Laura's strengths as a speaker, writer and interviewer. The business targets mid-career professionals and women returning to work. In the early years of the business, Laura offered women's groups in addition to providing individual coaching services. She now private coaching sessions and offers a bi-monthly interview workshop program in Oakland.
