My professional coaching practice is based in Berkeley, California. My practice includes life coaching and career coaching. Though my office is in the East Bay Area in California, I serve clients in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, CA and beyond. Coaching may take place virtually (via phone or video) or in person.

I am a life coach and career coach specializing in life and career transitions and aspirations. I also serve small business owners. Life By Design Coaching was created out of a desire to help others create lives and careers aligned with who they are and what they want - because that's where fulfillment, joy, purpose, and meaningful contribution happen. My clients are often in transition. Many are in career transition - feeling stuck, disengaged, or ready for purpose-driven work. I work with clients who are job searching, building a small business, pursuing promotions, and wanting to ace an interview. I help with resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn, and beyond. Others clients want a shift in their personal lives - seeking wellness, balance, confidence, or more connected relationships. Many want to form healthier habits or pursuing a life-long goal.
