Prior to opening this business, I worked at a health club for eleven years in Almaden. It was a great opportunity, but I wanted to expand on the service I was providing and improve client relationships by creating a more profound teamwork environment. Once on my own, I could create a curriculum that could generate the greatest success for my clients. I have found that bridging the sciences of fitness, nutrition and behavior modification is a unique approach to acquiring clients adherence to the process, which will increase sustainability, partnership and knowledge.

I will help you eat better and train smarter! With a B.S. in Nutrition (Dietetics), a minor in Psychology, and more than 20 years of training experience, I have helped many clients lose more than 50 pounds, helped collegiate athletes improve their speed and agility, and even helped people alleviate back pain through core strength and flexibility training. I also hold NASM certifications in Fitness Nutrition, Personal Training, Small Group Training, and Behavior Modification.
