Community Action Partnership of Orange County is a nonprofit corporation that eliminates and prevents the causes and effects of poverty. It has been operational for more than 40 years and serves the low-income population of Orange County, Calif. The organization provides a variety of emergency services and capacity building programs for developing the basic knowledge and skills of poor people.
