Specialties
By Appointment Only My name is Sheri Todd and I love what I do! Helping people feel better and enjoy an improved quality of life is at the core of my practice. The focus at Teton Manual Therapy is to help, you the client, increase your range of motion and improve the strength and stability of muscles, tendons and ligaments around the unstable joint. You as the client are actively involved in the treatment. There is a comprehensive assessment as well as a variety of modalities used to treat your chronic condition. There is no instant cure, but with perseverance and a commitment to doing your homework, ie. your exercises, you will notice an increase in range of motion and a decrease in pain, so that you can enjoy your activities of daily life. You will find that the therapy at TMT is not your average massage treatment. Though not quite as relaxing as a Swedish, there is focus on the flexibility and the stability of tendons, ligaments and muscles around the joints and areas of pain, found through a comprehensive assessment to pinpoint which structures are tight or weak and unstable. Through assessment, muscle energy techniques, nerve mobilization, combinations of massage strokes, nutrition and exercise, your tension and pain can be reduced to help you recover range of motion and return to the activities of your daily life as quickly as possible.
