This is accomplished in two ways, first is our employees undergo extensive safety training to meet or exceed MSHA and OSHA safety requirements. In addition our supervisors receive additional training to help then in maintaining a safe and trouble free work environment. Second are our pre-shift safety meetings, it is here that workers are briefed on the task at hand and made aware of any hazards that may be involved in the days work, along with this meeting is a daily job-site inspection by the on shift supervisor to ensure that everyone is meeting our safety stand
