Offering a Christian Based Early Education Environment. Make a Mess Preschool is owned and operated by a University of Wyoming graduate and a Cheyenne native. Educating, nurturing and preparing Wyomings next generation is at the heart of our mission. Monica holds a BA in Elementary and Early Childhood education from The University of Wyoming. She has owned and operated Make A Mess Preschool since 1995 and has been working in early childhood education since 1985.
