Zalk Josephs Fabricators has been in the structural steel fabrication business for more than a century. The company began operations in the 1880s as a scrap metal business, but quickly became a leading steel supplier to mining companies in the iron ore range of northern Minnesota. As the company grew, Zalk Josephs provided thousands of tons of structural steel throughout the Midwest. In the mid-1970s the company opened its fabrication facility in the Madison, Wis., area. The more than 100,000 square foot plant is designed and equipped especially for structural steel fabrication, from which Zalk Josephs supplies structural steel throughout the Midwest and western United States. Zalk Josephs Fabricators is located in Stoughton, Wis.
