The Wisconsin Talking Book and Braille Library (WTBBL) is a part of the national network cooperating with the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS). They provide audiobooks and Brailled materials to individuals living in Wisconsin who have temporary or permanent visual or physical limitations that prevent them from reading regular print materials. WTBBL also offers audiobooks and braille materials related to Wisconsin or by Wisconsin authors, as well as audio-described DVDs. Patrons can receive and return books and equipment through the U.S. Postal Service, and the library currently serves over 6,700 registered patrons and 561 institutions.
