Wauwatosa Public Library is located on W North Avenue and serves more than 50,000 residents with a large collection of books, music, newspapers, magazines, sculpture, video recordings and online databases. In addition, the library offers a myriad of services and programs for all ages including educational programs, book discussion groups, poetry readings and author/book signings. The Firefly Gallery features work by local artists. To obtain a library card, residents of Milwaukee County must bring in one form of ID with their current address.
