HistoryStarted in mobile training (training people in their homes or businesses), then moved into a small basement studio on the north side of Rice Lake. After 2 years I moved to a place on the south side of Rice Lake next to Office Max. This space doubled my square footage and capacity to serve my clients. Six months ago I moved into my own building I built on the north west side of Rice Lake across for Arrowhead Dental. This again has doubled our previous foot print. Our clientele has grown over the years as we have offered more fitness options.SpecialtiesOur goal is to make our community a better place to live.
