History
Tavolino is currently located in a space with a long history of Italian Restaurants. In 1970, Papa Jack Fallucca opened Palermo Villa, which he operated until 1978. In 1978, Kathy Mirenda took over and ran the restaurant until 2012. In December of 2012, Dean Cannestra & Tina Conley opened DiVino Wine & Dine until they decided to close.

Chef Derek Nackers and his team utilize the freshest, local ingredients available to create a menu of fresh, seasonal rustic Italian Cuisine. Recipes are rooted in traditional techniques combined with creative, contemporary ideas. Our goal is to showcase the flavors that get to the heart of Italian food. The Wine Menu is a reflection of GM Peter Dietrich's love of Italian + Domestic Wine. He has hand-picked wines based on the idea that the right wine is the excellent compliment to any meal. His goal is to provide diners with an appreciation of the enormous variety of Italian Wines without overwhelming them as well as offering Domestic Wines that are familiar to his guests. Our Cocktail Menu features Italian focused, craft cocktails that feature traditional liqueurs + local products.
