Sword Financial Corporation is the bank holding company for Horicon Bank. With the Canadian Goose as its logo, Horicon Bank serves many locations in Wisconsin, including Appleton, Beaver Dam, Burnett, Fond du Lac, Horicon, Iron Ridge, Neosho, Ripon and West Bend, Wis. The bank was founded in 1896 by Daniel C. Van Brunt, the inventor of the grain drill. Its home office in Horicon was constructed in 1915. Additional locations have been added more recently, including Iron Ridge and Neosho in 1985, Beaver Dam and Burnett in 1990, Appleton and Ripon in 1998, West Bend in 1999 and Fond du Lac in 2005.
