Part of the Catholic Cemeteries' 150-year tradition of providing resting places for the area's parishioners, St. Joseph's earliest history goes back to the 1840s. The Archdiocese of Milwaukee purchased the property from St. Joe's in Waukesha in 1990 and built the mausoleums, indoor and outdoor.
Whether your wishes are for burial in ground or above, or cremation, allow a representative to help you with your choices. The interior of the main mausoleum is peaceful and warm, with memorial chapel masses held the second Saturday of every month. In addition, family members are encouraged to attend grief education. Grief support events are held regularly.
