History
My initial introduction to the home handyman and property maintenance experience began with being a live-in caretaker, (for 3 years) for a 32-unit apartment complex located in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Since that time, I have owned 3 homes. Skills were developed in the following areas: Construction and remodeling projects, painting, building decks, shelving, and kitchen cabinets. Other skills included hanging and finishing drywall, repairing holes in drywall, installing ceramic tile flooring, Light fixture removal and installation, ceiling fans, closet organizer systems, dryer vent cleaning and installing home heating and cooling thermostats. Replacing outdoor faucet sillcocks, installing a 8ft wooden privacy fence around my first property and installing multiple Chamberlin garage door opening systems. Infact the only things I did not do were major electrical and plumbing projects that required licensed professionals to do.
