The Racine Dominican Sisters, headquartered in Racine, Wis., is a community of the Dominican Sisters comprises women and lay associates. Established in 1862, the community offers a variety of ministries in more that 13 states, including Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Texas and Wisconsin. Racine Dominican Sisters ministries include Adult Learning Center, Bethany Apartments, Eco-Justice Center, St. Catherine High School, the Senior Companion Program, Villa St. Anna and the Siena. Its staff includes prison ministers, counselors, chaplains, social workers, teachers, pastoral associates, musicians, health care workers, bakers, spiritual directors, writers and neighborhood outreach coordinators. It offers daily prayer and study services to the community.
