Tracy Conley Balistreri became a Nail Artist in 2002. She opened Nails By Tracy in the summer of 2008 on Milwaukee's East Side. Tracy became a licensed Manicuring Instructor in 2012, and acquired her Esthetics licence in 2015. She added Bliss Spa as a business; now offering Manicures, Pedicures, Gel Polish, Facials, and Waxing services
