With my lifelong savings of $1912.18, I opened Miss Pole. My objective then was the same as it is today. I am committed to inspiring ALL women to feel confident, sexy and strong! The difference now is that I don't need multiple regression to tell me what makes women accept and appreciate their bodies. I get to see these transformations every single day! With fantastic instructors and supportive students, Miss Pole is the safe and encouraging environment that turns exercise into a calorie burning blast. Miss Pole programs are taught by instructors dedicated to upholding the highest industry standards for fitness and safety training. Specialties
All classes run in 6 week sessions and cost $85 for the full 6 weeks. (55 minutes 1 night each week for 6 weeks) Pole Dance: With levels 1-8 you'll be getting one amazing workout that burns calories, builds upper body strength and core strength. You'll learn sassy walks, fancy spins, and sexy ground moves; and in levels 3-8, we'll have you hanging upside down and climbing to the top! Lap Dance: Levels 1 & 2 are a fun and addicting cardio session. No bikes or treadmills needed! We'll keep you going with music that gets you up and moving and great tricks you can take home on a chair. Burlesque: A great class to shimmy away stress and any excess pounds on the waist line. You'll be a siren just like Betty Page by the end of this class. Sexy Stretch: Who hasn't always wanted to be able to do the splits? Now you can get all the stretch techniques to make it happen and work on balance and core strength in the process.
